What Letters Were Exchanged between Arafat and Rabin Prior to the Signing of the 1993 Oslo Declaration?

General Reference (not clearly pro or con)
Ian J. Bickerton, PhD, Associate Professor of Middle Eastern and U.S. History at the University of New South Wales, Australia, and Carla L. Klausner, PhD, Professor of Modern Middle East, Medieval Europe and Judaic Studies at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, in their 2002 book A Concise History of the Arab-Israeli Conflict, wrote:

"On Thursday, September 9, 1993, Norwegian foreign minister Johan Joergan Holst carried a letter from Yasser Arafat to Yitzhak Rabin recognizing Israel, renouncing violence, and pledging support for repeal of clauses objectionable to Israel in the PLO [Palestine Liberation Organization] charter. Rabin, for his part, signed a letter recognizing the PLO as the representative of the Palestinian people and accepting the PLO as a negotiating partner."
